TabShelf, açık sekmelerini koleksiyonlara kaydetmene ve sonra geri açmana yarayan bir Chrome uzantısıdır. Bu sayfa uzantının hangi verileri işlediğini, nerede sakladığını ve kiminle paylaştığını anlatır. Kısaca: reklam yok, analitik yok, veri satışı yok. Verin yalnızca senin kitaplığını çalıştırmak ve cihazların arasında eşitlemek için kullanılır.

İşlenen veriler

Kitaplık içeriği: kaydettiğin bağlantıların adresi (URL), başlığı, varsa site ikonunun adresi, eklediğin etiketler ve notlar; alan ve koleksiyon adları, renkleri ve sıraları; tema ve benzeri ayarlar.
Açık sekmeler: "Açık sekmeler" panelini göstermek ve oturum kaydetmek için açık sekmelerinin başlığı, adresi ve ikonu okunur. Bunlar yalnızca sen kaydettiğinde kitaplığına eklenir; aksi halde hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Google hesabı (isteğe bağlı): Google ile giriş yaparsan e-posta adresin, adın ve profil fotoğrafın (Google'ın openid email profile izinleri) alınır ve hesabını tanımlamak için kullanılır.

Nerede saklanır

Bu cihazda: kitaplığın her zaman tarayıcının uzantı deposunda (chrome.storage.local) tutulur.
Giriş yapmadıysan: kitaplığın, Chrome'un kendi senkron deposuna (chrome.storage.sync) da yazılır. Chrome senkronunu açtıysan bu veri Google hesabının Chrome senkronu üzerinden diğer bilgisayarlarına taşınır; bu işlemi Google yürütür.
Google ile giriş yaptıysan: kitaplığın Google Firebase'de (Cloud Firestore) yalnızca senin hesabına ait tek bir dokümanda saklanır. Güvenlik kuralları bu dokümana yalnızca senin oturumunun erişmesine izin verir. Oturum yönetimi Firebase Authentication ile yapılır.

Üçüncü taraflar

TabShelf'in kendine ait bir sunucusu yoktur. Verin yalnızca aşağıdaki Google hizmetlerine, yukarıdaki amaçlarla gider:

Google hesabı ile giriş ve Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore): giriş ve bulut senkronu.
Chrome senkronu: giriş yapılmadığında eşitleme.
Google favicon hizmeti: bir bağlantının ikonu tarayıcında bulunamazsa, ikon www.google.com/s2/favicons adresinden istenir; bu istekle sitenin alan adı (ör. wikipedia.org) Google'a gider, tam adres gitmez.

Ayrıca "Bağlantı ekle" ile bir adres girdiğinde ve buna izin verdiysen, uzantı o sayfayı başlığını ve ikonunu okumak için doğrudan senin tarayıcından açar. Bu istek sayfanın kendi sunucusuna gider, TabShelf'e değil.

Neleri yapmayız

Veriyi satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız, kimseye aktarmayız.
Analitik ya da izleme aracı kullanmayız.
Tarama geçmişini okumayız; yalnızca açık sekmeleri ve senin kaydettiğin bağlantıları işleriz.
Verini kredi değerliliği ya da kredi verme amacıyla kullanmayız.

Saklama süresi ve silme

Kart, koleksiyon ve alanları uzantı içinden istediğin an silebilirsin; silme, bulut kopyasına da eşitlenir.
Uzantıyı kaldırdığında bu cihazdaki veri silinir.
Oturumu kapatınca bulut senkronu durur. Bulutta kalan kopyanın ve hesabının tamamen silinmesini istersen mehmt.varol@gmail.com adresine yaz; talebin 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir.

Çocuklar

TabShelf 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplamaz.

TabShelf is a Chrome extension that lets you save your open tabs into collections and reopen them later. This page explains what data the extension handles, where it is stored and who it is shared with. In short: no ads, no analytics, no selling of data. Your data is used only to run your library and sync it across your devices.

Data we handle

Library content: the URL and title of links you save, the address of the site icon if available, your tags and notes; names, colors and order of spaces and collections; settings such as theme.
Open tabs: titles, URLs and icons of your open tabs are read to show the "Open tabs" panel and to save sessions. They are added to your library only when you save them; otherwise they are not sent anywhere.
Google account (optional): if you sign in with Google, your email address, name and profile photo (Google's openid email profile scopes) are used to identify your account.

Where it is stored

On this device: your library is always kept in the browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local).
If you are not signed in: your library is also written to Chrome's own sync storage (chrome.storage.sync). If Chrome sync is on, Google carries this data to your other computers through your Chrome sync.
If you sign in with Google: your library is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) in a single document that belongs to your account. Security rules allow only your signed-in session to access it. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication.

Third parties

TabShelf has no servers of its own. Your data only goes to the following Google services, for the purposes above:

Sign in with Google and Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore): sign-in and cloud sync.
Chrome sync: syncing when you are not signed in.
Google favicon service: if a link's icon cannot be found in your browser, it is requested from www.google.com/s2/favicons; this request sends the site's domain (e.g. wikipedia.org) to Google, not the full address.

When you add a link with "Add link" and have granted the permission, the extension opens that page directly from your browser to read its title and icon. That request goes to the page's own server, not to TabShelf.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising or transfer it to anyone.
We don't use analytics or tracking tools.
We don't read your browsing history; we only handle open tabs and links you save.
We don't use your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Retention and deletion

You can delete cards, collections and spaces inside the extension at any time; deletions sync to the cloud copy.
Uninstalling the extension removes the data on this device.
Signing out stops cloud sync. To have the remaining cloud copy and your account deleted entirely, write to mehmt.varol@gmail.com; requests are fulfilled within 30 days.

Children

TabShelf is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
